On kõikide platvormil olevate kaupmeeste vastutus mitte ainult alkoholi puudutavate toodete korrektne ülesseadistamine, vaid ka kehtivate seaduste järgimine. Kirjutame täpsemalt, mis on kindlasti vajalik:


Ajaline piirang - Eestis on keelatud müüa alkohoolseid jooke enne kella 10:00 ja pärast 22:00. Selle määruse järgimise tagamiseks tuleb kõikidel alkoholitoodetel kauba saadavuseks määrata ajavahemik 10.00-21.00. Seda seetõttu, et kaup peab olema kliendile üle antud enne kella 22:00 ja see 1h aken aitab tagada, et tellimused jõuavad klientideni enne seda aega.
Vanusepiirang - alkohoolseid tooteid on lubatud müüa alates 18.aastastele. Seadistades menüüs selle piirangu või alkoholiprotsendi, kuvab süsteem ka kullerile info tellimuses sisaldava alkoholi kohta.
Alkoholiprotsent - see on vajalik määrata kõikidele alkoholi sisaldavatele toodetele.
Samuti võib alati kullerile tellimust üle andes mainida, et tellimus sisaldab alkoholi.

Veel soovitame sagedasti kontrollida enda menüüs olevaid alkoholi sisaldusega tooteid ja veenduda, et kogemata ei oleks miski märkamata jäänud näiteks uue toote lisamisel.

Pärast 21:30 ärge võtke vastu alkoholi sisaldavaid tellimusi!
Kui te hilinete ja olete võtnud tellimuse vastu enne 21:30, ärge toimetage alkoholi sisaldavaid tellimusi klientidele pärast 21:55!

It is the merchant's responsibility to not only correctly set up alcohol-related products, but also to fully comply with applicable laws. Let's write in more detail what is definitely necessary:


Time restriction - in Estonia, it is prohibited to sell alcohol items before 10:00 and after 22:00. To make sure you comply with this regulation, please set the item availability on all alcohol items to be 10:00 - 21:00. Why until 21:00 and not 22:00? That is because the item must be delivered to the customer before 22:00 and this 1h window helps to make sure the orders are delivered to the customers before that time.
Age restriction - in Estonia, it is prohibited to sell alcohol items to a person under the age of 18.
Alcohol percentage - it is necessary to assign it to all products containing alcohol.
Also, when handing over the order to the courier, you can always mention that the order contains alcohol.

We recommend to frequently check the alcohol-containing products on your menu and make sure that nothing has been accidentally missed, for example when adding a new product.
