Our commission and service fees are transparent. We aim to create an online platform where prices match those of local restaurant menus. By keeping our commission and service fees significantly below industry standards, we support our partners' budgets. We believe that online ordering should not consume a substantial portion of our partners' revenue, and prices should remain affordable for customers. 
We kindly ask our merchant partners to set their online prices to match their in-house menu prices.

How Do We Calculate Commissions?

Ezy.ee Earnings Calculation:

• 5% Commission (Ezy.ee commission of 5% +Tax on commission) Applies to Merchants; only Delivery orders.
• 2% Processing Fee (Online bank transactions, Online processing fees + Tax on Processing Fee) Applies to Merchants; All orders.
• Service Fee (Ezy.ee Service fee a + Tax on Fee) Applies to Costumers; once every order
• Delivery fee* (paid to third-party delivery services)
• Driver Earnings Calculation:
  Delivery fee - €0.30 Ezyee Commission

What is the Service Fee?

Our Service and Processing Fee covers the charges from Secure Online Payment platforms, which range from €0.15 to €0.50 + 2% per transaction.

Cost Sharing:
-Merchants: cover the 2% Processing Fee (Online bank transactions, Online processing fees + Tax on Processing Fee) Applies to Merchants; All orders.
-Customers: Pay a service fee per transaction, designed to be the most economical rate possible.
